Did Not Work For Me!
This product did NOT help with weight loss. In fact, I gained….a lot….25 lbs. since I started taking this in April. And I took it faithfully…never missed a day. It did help somewhat with hot flashes. I did notice that it helped well with bowel movements….probably the best result from this. I had a complete hysterectomy in November 2019 and have had a steady gain in weight since then. I thought this would help with weight loss but did the exact opposite. I wouldn’t recommend for weight loss but did help with bowel movements. -Carolyn S. Farrier
Waiting for positive results...

I read all the Provitalize reviews and decided to try this product. I have been on it now for 12 weeks. Not missing a single day and I have not seen one bit of improvement. I still have the hot flashes and I have not lost a single pound or improved by belly bloat even a little- I am asking for my subscription to be canceled and my money returned. I do not see that this expensive product is doing anything at all. Great Probiotic for the GI
I first took Provitalize Probiotic Supplement about 1 1/2 years ago and felt it helped me with digestion but not menopause symptoms. I had been taking probiotics for years due to a compromised GI tract and found these had worked better than any other product I tried. They eased elimination, helped with regularity and digestion. Upon the suggestion of a gastroenterologist, I stopped taking all probiotics about 8 months ago. Recently I have had a recurrence of my IBS symptoms and candida overgrowth. I started taking Provitalize again and received immediate relief from all of these issues. It proved to me its effectiveness for the GI and vaginal environments. I also found immediate relief from food cravings. I don’t think anyone should expect weight loss without a lifestyle change but believe these could be a support (not a solution). We also know everybody’s body is different so what works for me, may not work for you. I would definitely give these a shot for GI discomfort and yeast overgrowth issues.- Mickee

I'm taking Keto Gummies and following the Plant Paradox lifestyle, always with Intermittent Fasting. So; it's the combination of all, but everything started with a healthy gut, thanks to this Pre & Pro combo.
On the other hand, it's the hormone control that improved my mood and stopped the hot flashes and lets me sleep. All & ALL, GREAT PRODUCT.

I've never had real hot flashes like some of my friends, but I do get warm flashes, and I've noticed that they have become less frequent. So far, so good. Given the positive changes I've experienced, I believe it's worth the price. These supplements may not be suitable for everyone, but for some, it's definitely worth giving them a try.
Oh, and one more thing: initially, taking two of each product felt like a lot, so I reduced it to just one of each (3 pills in total), and I'm still experiencing all the aforementioned benefits. I take them first thing every morning with warm lemon water. I'm not sure if that makes a difference, but it helps me swallow them more easily, and I don't feel them in my throat.

I was just about to stop when I received an email that it sometimes takes up to 90 days to see results (perfect timing!) I still had the Provitalize probiotics so decided to keep taking them. That was the biggest mistake I have ever made!
Within two weeks I started to feel like I had the flu. Then the real fun began. Two weeks of explosive NON-STOP diarrhea. That is how you lose the weight if you any at all. Don't fall for this scam, save your money and do something else.

I had blood drawn that day. In October 2022 I went back to the ‘fat' doctor. My weight was down to 226 and my blood test from September (2 months on Provitalize) showed my A1c had dropped to 6.2. Today, 17 December 2022, my weight is 215 and a new blood work report from three days ago and 5 months on Provitalize shows my A1c is 5.4!!!
Provitalize might not work for everyone, but in five months, I personally am down 34 pounds, one entire point on A1c, and I feel good. The blood sugar pill might be part of the change, but I think Provitalize and the low-carb diet are the reason for the big changes.
