Update... Def can't take these. I took one at a time as per instructions instead of 2 to make sure I am not too sensitive to it. Nope, I am. I took first one at 730, and another at 11 am and I was up all night. It would not come out of my system. I drink coffee often and never affected like this. Next day I just tried taking only one at 10 am, but again it kept me up all night again. Over 12 hours later I took it my heart was still racing....
