Great taste; great source of calcium...!
I read about this product after being diagnosed with the early signs of osteoporosis; and I've been taking it in the evening. I notice that I do wake to use the bathroom; but it taste great and does not leave any after taste. I'm still not sure if I'll add it to my daily routine but I have no complaints. Between my regular workout; and eating healthier; I'm not sure if this is for me. Otherwise; this is a good product.
