Laetitia Bouffard-Roupe is a yoga teacher from France. In her entire life, she has worked on and with her body. She believes her body is her temple! has trained and performed as a professional Ballet Dancer for over 16 years, and then she added Ground and Aerial Acrobatics to her skills which allowed her to perform worldwide for over 14 years as a Freelance International Circus Artist.
