How Does Penis Enlargement Surgery Work?

This increase is hardly surprising when we consider that over 70% of women preferred a thicker penis rather than a longer one, according to a Men’s Health poll.[1]

Is Penis Girth Surgery for Me?

Most patients opt for penis enlargement surgery for one, or more of the following reasons:

  • Your penis is long but thin, sometimes called a pencil penis
  • You are embarrassed about the appearance of your penis
  • Your partner has slackened muscles because of childbirth and cannot feel your penis during intercourse

Penis girth surgery increases the circumference of the penis when both flaccid and erect, meaning that your surgery will have maximum impact.

What Does Penis Girth Surgery Involve?

Penis girth surgery will be completed in just under an hour under a general anaesthetic.[2] You are not awake for the procedure and will be unable to feel anything.

To begin, a small amount of fat is harvested from your abdomen and inner thighs. The best quality fat comes from these areas, making it the best suited for penile girth surgery.

This removed fat is put through a purification and filtration system which further improves the quality of the transferred fat. This drastically improves the survival rate of the individual fat cells, helping the surgery to increase the girth of your penis.

The purified and filtered fat is then distributed along the length of the shaft, which increases your circumference.

Rest assured, our experienced surgeons will implant the maximum amount of fat your penis will take safely, meaning that you will receive the largest girth circumference change possible for your body.

You can expect to see 60% of the gain immediately after penis girth surgery, allowing you to see clearly your surgery has gone.

How Long Is the Recovery Process?

Healing post-surgery is very important, for both the effectiveness of fat distribution and for your overall health.

If you have a strenuous, physical job you may need to take around one week off from work to allow your body to rest and heal well. If you have a desk job, two to three days should be enough time off, but you should be prepared to take longer if it is needed.

During the first week, much of your recovery will focus on keeping the area clean and taking your antibiotics.

Postoperative care is very important for girth surgery, as it can help the fat cells to remain unabsorbed by the body. If absorbed by the body, the effectiveness of your girth surgery can be reduced.

To achieve this, you will be shown how to complete penis massages to help distribute the injected fat along the penis shaft. These massages will need to be completed five times a day, for around 2-3 minutes each time, to ensure the fat is distributed evenly, and to stop fat lumps and a lopsided penis.

You should avoid all strenuous, and sexual activities for six weeks to allow the penis to heal effectively.

You should notice the results around 8 weeks after your surgery which usually results in an increase of one to two inches.
